We teach real boxing techniques with real fighters as instructors. This is one of the best suited self-defense programs to help keep you safe in any street fight or potential physical confrontation. Private boxing training is available for more personalized attention to learn knockout techniques and help you to learn how to protect yourself in the event of a threatening situation. Private and semi-private sessions are available everyday with our professional staff of boxing and kick boxing trainers.
